Unkempt Harold (a Dirty Harry reference) is pretty popular for endgame builds, and the Double Penetrating variant is the best. It allows you to put an extreme amount of damage down range as it fires a shotgun spread of small rockets, but it consumes a ton of ammo. DPUH takes 6 ammo per shot, so you won't get a lot out of it early on.
